INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can take up to 48 hours to process your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Purchases made after 10 am GMT+8 will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 10 am GMT+8 on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking details to update.

DELIVERY TIME

Worldwide delivery usually takes 5-10 working days depending on the location and/or local arrangements that might affect the process. We're using FedEx as the delivery service provider.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

SVPER cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.


As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.

RETURNS AND WARRANTY

Any brand new and unused product (no usage marks, original and undamaged packaging) can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days from receiving the package (the date of initiating the return process as described below counts). Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. All goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received and with the original packaging and protective sticker intact. The USD30 handling fee will be deducted from the return amount. We do not refund potential duties or taxes fees imposed by the custom office in the shipment country. 

Once you notify us that you would like a return (mission@svper11.com with "Return Request" in the subject), arrange the return shipping to the address we will provide and send us tracking number of the package. We recommend to use trusted shipping provider with insurance as we won’t be issuing the refund if the product gets damaged in shipping or the package gets lost.

Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.

Receive a damaged item?

Please reach out to our Customer Support team at mission@svper11.com with "Damaged on arrival" in the subject and they will help resolve the issue.

WARRANTY

Your new SVPER11 watch is warranted to the original owner for two (2) years. The warranty covers any and all parts of the watch that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. SVPER11 Watches obligations hereunder are limited to repair or replacement at its option. The warranty excludes the battery, strap and excessive wear or damage to the case, crystal or strap. SVPER.CO is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, and any recovery may not exceed the amount paid for the timepiece. All implied warranties are limited to for the duration of the warranty period. Buyer is required to produce a proof of purchase upon request. The warranty may be rejected on products showing evidence of extreme use or damages inflicted by the user due to improper use.
